Since I´ve learned how to crochet a few month ago, I´ve been really enjoying in this "take it anywhere with you" craft. This leg warmers were so sweet, I couldn´t resist to share it with you. It´s pretty easy and takes little time to make so it´s perfect even for beginners. It's a good first project!
I am not going to go to the basics of crochet. First of all, I am a beginner myself and second, there are really good crochet lessons out there in the blogland. My favorite is
Crochet school at Craftyminx! It is free and it is REALLY REALLY GREAT! So, go there!
Back to my leggins...
Please bear with me as I am not a crochet pattern writer and this is actually first crochet pattern I have written. If you notice something that might improve the pattern, please speak up. I would love to edit it to make it better.
Here it goes:

in next 7 st’s, hdc decrease, hdc in next 8 st’s, hdc decrease, hdc in next 8 st’s, hdc decrease(27)
Round 25: Ch 2, turn, hdc in each st around, join with sl st in top of beginning ch(27)
Round 26. Ch 1, turn, sc in each st around, join with sl st in top of beginning ch(27)
Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Now you have to add bobbles.
I made mine with 1 inch spacing between. This is how you´re going to do it:
Insert a hook in a place you want to make a bobble:
Ch3, 4dc in the same st, leaving the last loop of each stitch on the hook. Yarn over and draw a loop through all 5 loops on the hook.
Weave in all your tails...and you're done!
